Hello people. I generally dont like posting in the help section, but I only have 1 cdr left. I want to know which of the 3 PCE emulators is most compatible / highest speed / best persented (GUI). And yes I have already check the "best dc emulators" thread, no mention of PCE. Thanks for any help.

Unfortunately, the best PCE on experience on Dreamcast still isn't very good. I tried the PCEcast WIP, and while it looks very nice it is rather unstable and slow. The author does not seem to have much time to spend on it, and hasn't even released the source code yet (even though it is supposed to be based on Hugo).
