Pros and cons of 3.03 OE-C and 3.30 OE-A.

I don't know.I don't know about the new features of 3.30.Can someone tell me? All I know is that in 3.30 OE-A, popsloader can't work because of some reason but it will work in the later versions.

3.30 OE-A is just the new firmware. There's not much that is new.

I would recommend going with 3.03 OE-C. It has more features, and is more capable.

I would recommend 3.30 oe-a because it can do everything 3.03 oe-c can do (yes even topmenu icons) and more

Not at all. There are now plenty of converted 3.30 topmenu's available. 3.30 is the best in my opinion.

i've gotten the prx for gta lcs and vcs to work, but thats about it.

IMHO i prefer 3.03 OE-C, although i havn't tried anything above that, and probably won't untill i buy a game that needs a higher firmware or a worthwhile firmware comes out
