When does everyone think its gonna be Essential to have this firmware instead of 3.03 0ec and 3.10?

Because it keeps you up-to-date with UMD firmwares. Remember, Monster Hunter Portable 2 requires 3.10. And eventually 3.30 UMDs will come along so. It's a tie between keeping up-to-date and keeping what you want, I only update when the firmware I wish to go to has a OE released and I am able to modifiy the RCO files such as the topmenu. which wasn't available in 3.10.
