Though I don't care for your negative criticism since I thought my idea of why the new update would be useful considering the topic of updating PS1 save games, at least you have found a thought provoking and interesting way to show your support for Dark_Alex. Maybe you just hate PS1 compatibility between PSP and PS3 save games.

No, I just hate people who criticize other for saying just thank you to DaX for his work. Even though I see the problem about the overloaded posts with praises and thanks to DaX I just think ordering people to stop this ("just don't post") is not the way to go.

Perhaps there should be seperate threads dedicated to discussion and 7 word praise posts. Or there should be more of a shoutbox for the short posts so they expire and the truly useful discussion posts can be preserved. Besides, I don't think Dark_Alex even reads these boards. At least he doesn't post here. He probably doesn't care if the praise posts are here or not. Or maybe he does. Maybe I also care about all the discussion boards that (unbeknownst to me) are praising my name as we speak.

Contact moderators/administrators about that or open a discussion about that instead of just telling people to shut up who want to show gratitude (and even saying they would just care about the number of posts).

If you live in teh US and use the US version of FF8 it works but it will crash when trying to draw then cast magic and when you battle Diablos. Does anyone know if FF8 works better on 3.40 or should i just stay on 3.30 OE-A'

Dude i got Diablos months ago, all u have 2 do is rip him apart with GFS that way when he attacks he only hits your GFS, cause I dont use the draw magic method . I got through the whole battle without a scatch but u gatta cast it quick or u will get damaged.

I have no such problem. I updated to 3.40 OE-A from 3.03 OE-C.

To mfz64: Of course the space in flash is getting less, each Sony upgrade adds more stuff to it! Not to mention Custom Firmware adds a ton more stuff to it as well...

As for gaining some space, there was a program that would erase an unneeded file to give you more space in the flash, but I forgot what program it was.

He is right, people try to find out compatability issues with the new firmware and its impossible when everyone just says "GOOD JOB DAX I LOVE YOU! I PUT YOU IN MY SIG AND I JUST PUT THE NEW FW ON MY PSP! EVERYONE BE PROUD OF ME I CAN COPY AND PASTE FILES WOOOOOHOOO!".

And you are wrong about letting people show their generosity. They DO NOT have to show it here. They can email him their personal thoughts. No one else cares that they thank DAX except for him, and there's no reason they need to flood the thread here. There's a 1 in a billion chances he'll even read your post for goodness sake. EMAIL HIM
