I found no program. Did i miss something?

It's talking about the update maker program. OEUPDMAKER. Put 150.pbp and 340.pbp in that directory, transfer OEUPDMAKER and %OEUPDMAKER into PSP/GAME and then run it from your PSP.

On my Sandisk stick it took somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes. On my Sony 2GB it took upwards of an hour.

werid my bleach part 4 work but at battle mode it hang =.=
WTF>?

Actcally is not only bleach the other type of game i try b4 that wouldn't work able to pass by the main menu but not the game itself

It got worst now i can't even play the game that i able to play....

You can't downgrade anything over 3.03 yet. Sorry, man, but until and exploit is discovered for 3.40 you're stuck with the official Sony firmware. And no, no one knows how long that will take, so there's no point asking. It could be weeks, it could be never.
