just have patience or if not buy another psp and hack that instead.

Help me, downgrade 3.11
Hello, I be all the day in the computer, I can't find information if exists a 3.11 downgrade,
I know that at this moment, there isn't a 3.11 downgrade, but some people have the 3.11 downgrade crack version, a modified version. PLEASE HELP ME!

I wouldn't hold your breath for a downgrader anytime soon, but maybe there is some hope. As of FW 3.40 $ony removed the certificate utility. I believe they may have found a hole and thats why they released 3.40. So I think that we may (or may not) see a downgrader for 3.30 to 1.50 in the future.
