Miniviews:
Spoiler!
I don't think people make PSP Homebrew with GameMaker they make it with some software made for PSP homebrew.
Well I look into this, even though I dont have a psp and I found this. It is a game making utility.
If advertising another fourm is illegal, take away my link. But i think it is relevent to the discussion.

I heard thats what the Ocarina of Time 2D creator was doing before he apparently "died".
Edit: Is their any engine that you can use to create Dreamcast games? Or does it all rely on using c+ and stuff? By Engine I mean something with a interface that dosen't rely soley on text.
Game Maker cannot be used to create any games for any platform besides the PC. Ocarina of Time 2D was for the PC only.
Dull Blade: Don't hold your breath.
Well alright, but are their any Engines that are compatible with Dreamcast?
I've looked it over. PSP Game maker is a totally diffrent program than Game Maker (mark overmars\Yoyo games)
it helps make games easier but still not as cool as GMPlus that would take a bit of work to port that to KOS\SH4 asm\ ect.
