Converting FFVII

Ok so i have a problem i've just got FFVII and it's come in this format i've managed to convert it into an ISO but i'm not sure if i've done it correctly. but obviously there are 3 CD folders now how do i go about switching CD's and is this going to work or am i wasting my time.

Now what i've done to get the ISO is extract those into a folder as they each contain an eboot.pbp file. i then converted that into an ISO compressed etc managed to get it quite small. Now what i'm stuck with is the other 2 discs is there anyway to combine all 3 disks or no, this is the first time i've done this so any help would be appreciated.
