Best 3.03 OE C Theme Flasher?
I recently updated to 3.03 OE C and want to take advantage of the XMB customization.What program out there can Flash whole XMB themes,comes with some themes,and is easy to use without problems?

well I was thinking more of a homebrew application like "Theme Flasher" something I could access from my games menu. Something very easy to use.

X Flash is fairly easy to use but I don't think there's an app that can flash entire themes.
