Genesis 32x Sonic

Is there any way to play 32x Genesis games on a psp, ill googled it and i cant find much on it,

32x cannot be emulated on the psp due to the hardware being too complicated to emulate and the psp needing more power, or something like that

I haven't been able to find a 32x emulator either, unfortunately. I'm guessing, as wolfpack said, that the 32X is just that little bit too complex for the PSP to emulate.
