I have 3.40 OEA, and it seems that I keep getting semi bricks when trying to install topmenu_plugin.rco's. someone else with the same firmware tried it and it worked fine. Is it because my psp is Japanese? if so what can i do about it?

nevermind. it was the japanese, i just did a fake region and its fine.
