Question about buying one

Where should I buy a psp so I can get one with the best firmware? Thanks, I am new to all things psp.

Try a near by gamestop. they ones in the store will more than like have a firmware that's to high to downgrade.

Costco usually has good bundles and older firmwares (they're kept in stock a while).

I'd try there. Or I'd buy from Success HK to be sure (that's where I bought my PSP).

And after get your 1.5 i would suggest updating to 3.40 OE-A Custom Firmware Which Has Many more capablilties than 1.5
