I need a good place to get a Mod-Chip and a guide to installing it. I have many burned games on dvd-rom discs but allk the mod chips i find are too expensive. I am willing to go $50 or 100 euros/Pounds

do you have no understanding of exchange rates? $50 is only about £28 UK, not £100.
