Default Out of range data in Melbourne

    Hi everyone,

I'm on holiday in Melbourne and I was hoping to use the psp290 to do my navigating, however I seem to be having the same problem as danloads had. It keeps saying that it is out of range and the latitude data goes way out to the 300 range when it should only be in the 37 range in Melbourne. Has anyone have the same problem before and somehow resolved it?

Appreciate the help! In the meantime, it's back to looking at Melway...

This tutorial kicks a$$, I recommend it to anyone that's having trouble getting mapthis to work.

not at the moment. we'll just have to wait. because its hard to find any geodata for any part of Australia.

    [random]
Would it be possible to pull apart a TomTom and converts all the geodata?
PS: i'm not a coder. so dont say: NO U

I'd also like to know if it is possible to convert the maps that come with tomtom/navman etc GPS units and extract geodata from them.

I'm in Christchurch, New Zealand and yesterday I had 10 satellites in view and 9 fixed walking around outside my house on 3.40 OE-A and PSP-290.

I would also like it if there was geodata for NZ.
