Default Convert AVI to PSP at a specific filesize?

I use DVDFab Platinum to rip TV episodes from my retail TV DVDs. This program allows me to specify the exact filesize that I want the final file to be, and it tweaks the quality settings automatically, based on the size I specify.

Is there a program available that does the same thing when converting AVI/MPG/etc to PSP? I tried PSP Video 9 and ImTOO PSP Video Converter, and neither of them seem to have this option.

    Thanks for any help.

avi4psp by winnydows has that option
also, psp video express is a more simpler, user friendly program with the same feature.

I tried PSP Video Express, and the filesize-specific conversion feature works great. The thing this program seems not to have is a batch conversion option.

Does anyone know of a program that will allow conversion to a specific filesize, and will also allow me to do queue up a bunch of video files and run as a batch process?

It's usually updated to include the latest version of codecs, like the x264 codec. It's the final version now. I do wish it had a better update procedure, though.
