Hmm this is only a dumping tool... not the actual 1.0 firmware.

    Taken from the readme

    PSP Dump

    ** WARNING **

This software accesses to system memory and firmware, which may cause
SEVERE DAMAGE TO YOUR EQUIPMENT. There are some possibilities of
PERMANENT DESTRUCTION OF THE PSP. NO WARRANTY. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

    ** WARNING **

    Runs only on PSP 1.00.
Place EBOOT.PBP at directory PSP\GAME\PSPDUMP\ of Memory Stick, and
you will find PSP Dump at GAME -> MEMORY STICK of XMB.
To shutdown, hold up power switch several seconds, or remove battery.

just read on anyonther site that this just displays all files in the directories of the psp you can't ordinarily view. it can't write or copy or delete, etc. Seems kinda useless to me

It's a tool to dump the 1.0 bios from a 1.0 system. It is not a tool to flash a 1.5 bios to a 1.0 bios.
