You need to get the original Broadband adapter or do a PC-DC connection and then use the broadband from your pc.
I believe there's an adapter for pc keyboards on dreamcast.

Home made BB adaptors were never readily available, a lot of people tried, but it really was more effort than it was worth.
The easiest option was to hook up the dial up modem from the DC to your PC, to share the PCs net connection. Although you're limited to dial up speeds

Getting the connection with XP is really hard. If you can get Winodws 98 and use it, you will get success
We seriously need a genius programmer to make a program that can do this for us :P
