Zero chance. The GP2x does not have the required hardware. The biggest being the lack of an FPU unit. The n64 was heavy of float & double float instructions and any software emulation of float would pretty much kill the thing from running.
What are the chances of a port of the psp version or a port of the PC version of the N64 emu turning up on the GP2x?.
I know its a big ask but even just Super Mario 64 or Banjo-Kazooie

... and you would not only have to port the emu, but project 64 runs on plugins, you would have to port a plugin for every area of emulation except the core of it.
You could run PDroms though, nothing wrong with n64 pd romsas any die hard psmonkey fan would say lol
But seriously commercial games are big no no
