You could try 3.30 OE. It's pretty much the exact same thing.

Actually, this seems to be a problem cropping up with some 'cheaper' made sticks and 3.30/3.40OE. I have three Memory Sticks, and two of my own PSP's

One PSP is running 3.40OE-A and the other is running 3.10OE-A' for popsloader support.

The PSP with 3.40OE-A used to read all three of my Memory Sticks just fine in 3.03OE-C and 3.10OE-A. The only difference used to be speed, with Sandisk being the fastest, Genuine Sony coming in slightly behind, and my Lexar stick being slightly noticeably slower.

Currently the 3.40OE-A PSP will only read my Sandisk and my Genuine Sony sticks.

The 3.10OE-A' PSP can still read all of the memory sticks. Moral of the story? Try going back to 3.10OE-A' and emulate 3.40 with devhook if you need the latest firmware.

Now that the 3.x+ RCO's have been decrypted, there's no reason to stay on 3.03oec. 3.10oea' is just as stable, and can do more than 3.03oec.
