[404 Error]

Okay here the situation. I have a Japanese PSP on Firmware 3.40 OE-A . I can't seem to get the topmenu_plugin.rco modification to work. Every time I try the standard background loads but no XMB icons appear so it just turns off.

Please help!!!

Maybe you are using 3.03 icons?

That could be the reason you are semi-bricking.

Im definatly using 3.40 Oe-a icons because I just downloaded the black_aruziah icons today.

If you are TOTALLY sure.
Do this....

Enter recovery mode --> Access USB flash0 --> (in your computer) VSH --> resource --> overwrite the topmenu_plugin in there.

If that doesnt work, its the icons problem.

Dude,I couldn't get those icons to work either on 3.40oe.There are several icon sets that say 3.40 that just don't work for me.
