I really don't think there is something as a "non-downgradeable" PSP at this time. From what I've seen I don't know if it's possible for ANY company to make hardware and software that can't be exploited. We'll just have to wait and see.
Lol this is hilarious! Remember how the TA-082 psps where supposed to be impossible to downgrade?

When it says "built right into them," I assume that they mean hardware-wise. We're still having trouble with the TA-82+ motherboards, so I don't see why new hardware modifications wouldn't also give the homebrew community trouble. I don't see this as something to laugh at, personally.
But yeah, hopefully Sony is just hyping up another firmware that's going to be cracked. Their PR department is obviously run by a bunch of chimps; I suppose their other departments might not be much more intelligent.
Yay! New firmware by Friday! Great, I hope we get a 4.xxOE-A soon.
They could easily prevent us from downgrading.
Decrease the size of the flash below 16 megs and 1.50 would no longer fit.
well my psp is kinda un downgradable anyway since there hasnt been any new downgraders as of late i stuck on 3.11![]()
