Sure, depending on your firmware. What is it?

I got 2.71. I was not updating it : ) Or is it possible to make it 1.5, without having ta-082 or what was it called.

What is the percentage that my psp will turn into a brick when downgrading IC1003 2.71 to 1.50 ?

I haven't ever known a brick when it is done properly.

I personally used the 3.03 downgrader with unpatched GTA-lcs.

Seriously, ive known one brick from a downgrade, and that was because the fool turned it off while it was flashing.
