Melty Blood to DC Petition

We've begun petitioning, and emailing Ecole for a dreamcast port of their new naomi fighter, Melty Blood.



They've told Dreamcast-Scene that they are huge sega fans, and that they'd like to port it, but aren't sure if it would be possible to do.

We've been sending letters to Ecole letting them know how similar the Naomi is to the DC, and how every new release on our console has been selling out like it's nobody's business.

Here is the letter being attatched to every email sent to Ecole.

Melty Blood : Act Cadenza is a NAOMI GD-ROM port of an independent fighting game for PC, based on the visual novel "Tsukihime" by Type-Moon. Watanabe Production (now French-Bread) initially produced the fighting game on their own, and then Type-Moon began to work with them after finding out about it (and liking it). The arcade version was ported by Ecole with the assistance of French-Bread and the input of Type-Moon (for stories, character presentation, and so on).

Please keep in mind that online petitions won't have the same effect as the sheet petition does - sometimes online petitions will be ignored completly! The sheet petition has more priority:

yes, petitions have been coming in at a good pace. I'm thinking that they will all be sent to ecole soon so hurry up and get yr petitions mailed in to the address!

There's been no success in reaching the japanese melty blood or dreamcast gaming public. Any help with translations would be greatly appreciated

yes, petitions are still being accepted. Please send them in, and any others you can get

Signatures have been coming in strong, and we are now confident that the time has come to send the collected signatures to ECOLE.

The last petitions will be collected at all DCS mailing addresses, and at the DreamCOn on Sept 18th.

Hmm, long time since the last time dcemu has seen me. Ah, well. Seems like Ecole didn't care for our many signatures after all... or are there any news on this matter that have escaped me?
