wow, theres has been a huge increase of effort to bring a psp emulator lately. Always nice to see a project being worked on to the fullest.
i just tried it on a different computer and got a critical error when launching a game. i tried 2 homebrew games, both with the same results. i've included a text file with the details.

Well, when I originally compiled it the input plugin wouldn't work for me. I ended up downloading the DirectX SDK and then it worked.
Maybe try downloading this

I cant even start the program. It gives an error. it says that it failed the correct initialization (0xc0000135). what to do now? :S

okay guys i have the most amazing news, I have been working with videogame Tree(in India) on a 3.30 fw downgrade. Well, we have finished and videogame tree added a feature to there downgrade that makes your psp unbrickable....seriously.....But i justed helped videogame Tree create it and they payed me and there doing all the marketing now there charing for it
