short for PSP diagnostics Tool Version 2

Well there isant much to say about this release. It will tell you these things at the moment.
CPU Speed
Bus Speed
Power Switch (lock or unlocked)
Volts Flowing
Temp Of Battery
On Charge
Low Battery
Wlan Switch (on off}
Wlan Power

I am going to keep on adding stuff like the option to scan flash0 for certain files that may cause brickage (gameboot, 1-12.bmp)
