I thought the idea of UMD was that there isn't any region code?

I think here in the US the UMD movies are already being recieved very well. I see almost as many Movies on the store shelves for PSP as I do Video Games.
Of the 9 UMD's I have, 4 are Movies (incl Spiderman2) They are very reasonably priced here ($12-$20) and I think alot of kids and teenagers will get hooked once they start releasing the cartoons When Nintendo released the "videos" for GBA (spongebob, etc.) they went over really big, and UMD movies/video blow that away as far as quality.

Target and Walmart seem to pushing UMD movies hard. $10 almost all the time and they sell out all the time. Apparently UMD movies are the fastest grouping video media.
