Wii interent memory problem: error 241001

Im not sure if this is the right place for this message or not? ...but here it is:

I've tried watching some tv shows on the interent on my wii (via flash sites) but halfway through the tv show programs the wii stops playing the program and comes up with the error: 241001 not enough memory to display flash content, try reloading the page. Anybody know how to sort this out?

I've heard this 241001 error happens because the wii only has a small browser memory and isnt that great with Flash/Java?

Is there a way I can fix this? Or is it simply a software /hardware problem from my wii?

I think the site you are viewing occupies too much RAM, try YouTube, it doesn't crash.

One of the sites I was previously trying was: www.alluc.org

I'll try and find my show on youtube, but to be honest all I ever find now on there is promos or clips of tv shows... never the complerte episodes.
