Crazy looking guy but nice editing, read the text at the end.

If you guys want to embed the video in the post, copy the url (e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXoqHigJ8DQ).

edit it so
becomes
http://www.youtube.com/v/HXoqHigJ8DQ

i.e.: replace watch?v= with /v/

Then take that and put it inside flash tags. (e.g. [flash]http://www.youtube.com/v/HXoqHigJ8DQ[/flash]).
That was news to me, hope it helps someone.

EDIT: Worked it out with a google and a few edits.

Discovered the [noparse] tag too

EDIT2: It seems i should spend more time in the preview mode for messages, it was just showing blank once I started using some tags though.
I wanted to embed it so I was messing around, this site that a quick google turned up listed that tag.
Its 1am here and I've had a few beers, sorry about that
