I recently bought a new LG KE970 locked to T-mobile, i have had this unlocked to work on all networks but it does not work with my 3 sim card. I have been told that it does not support 3g will debranding the handset allow it to work with my 3 sim card?

I would appreciate if someone could give me some guidance as i dont have a clue.
