Can't get popstation to work

Hi I really need help I have all the file and everything I convert it to and EBOOT I load it on the psp but it just goes black and switches off my firmware is 3.03 OE-C

Put it in a folder, place the folder in PSP/GAME.

And some games are incompatible.

Thanks for the quick reply but now I have another problem I get it on the psp and loads but now just goes to the background and does nothing what should I do?

I have tried over and over and with different games but no luck should I upgrade to 3.40 OE?

Yeah, I use it, and I've only had problems with 1 game out of about 6.
