Need help fixing my DS speakers

I've got a regular old DS and I can't return it to where I got it because the store I bought it from closed, and the serial number thing on the back fell off so I can't return it to Nintendo.

Can someone tell me how I could go about fixing the speakers? I'm not too good at DIY :/
