Porting?

Hey i was wondering can anyone lead me to either
1) a site that teaches or tells you how to port,
2) tell me how to do it,
3) show me the program for it?

First of all if you want to port a commercial game, you need the source code.

and im pretty sure you cant do it with just a program.
