3.40 OE-A and SNES emulator

Can someone give me some help as to getting these on my PSP? I'm not positive what 3.40 OE-A, but from what I gather, it's 3.40 only it lets you run stuff that normally needs 1.50. Also, once I get that installed, how can i put my snes emulator on there and play games off it?

I'm currently on 2.80 if thats any help. Thanks

Umm... So do you have the 3.40 OE-A firmware installed or are you planning on installing the 3.40 update?

As far as I know, the 3.40 update cannot be downgraded at this time, so it would be wise not to upgrade.

I'm hoping to install the 3.40 OE-A firmware, if it is what I think it is. And I now have 1.50 firmware, if thats any help.

First, downgrade from 2.80. Then, upgrade to 3.40 OE-A. Easy huh?

It's cool. I got 3.40 OE-A installed . Can someone just give me a hand with a snes emulator now? I got my nes one to work, but the snes doesn't like me.
