SCEP.. can someone send me a file from it?

I tried to password protect my psp, and i messed up my last number so i forgot my password, then i went into the folder in recovery mode and deleted the settings file that held the password in it for some reason.. now when i start my psp it shows the box for password thing but doesnt even allow me to type in a password..

So....... can someone send me their settings file from the scep folder? so i can get it working right
