This site is claiming that they can show people how to downgrade a 3.10 PSP (actually it says ANY PSP) for only $19.99, or you can splurge and spend $29.99 for easy audio/video instructions.

Now I dont know, but I believe that the guide is probably going to instruct on a modchip. Does anyone think this site may have found a 3.10 downgrader?

any site that is charging will most likely be bs or someone who has bought it would just release it everywhere.

A site like that isn't going to get a downgrader and the googlepages web is just a fake testimony.

Yeah, I think its BS too. There is one thing though, remember when Ookm released the 2.80 downgrader and asked for people to email him for it? This could be almost the same thing, but I doubt it. I do though believe there is a way to downgrade 3.10 through the certificate utility under game (Why else would sony remove it from the newer firmwares) that is yet to be found by the community.
