No, they don't. You'll need to upgrade to 3.03 and use the GTA downgrader. You'll need an unpatched copy of GTA:LCS to do it, though.
Hi Guys, I'm a complete noob, I've downgraded about 4 psp's so far successfully, but my daughter has a TA-082 motherboard in hers, and to make matters worse upgraded to 2.81 before I could tell her not to. Do the 3 pieces of software posted in this thrread work for 2.81 on a TA-082, as I read the instructions and it says 2.71, but thought it might work.

Hi Guys I am fairly new at the homebrew scene, i was able to succesfully upgrade my 2.71 psp to 3.03 and then dowgrade back down to 1.50 and then up again to Dark Alex's 3.03 OE-C just by reading the readmes. However, many questions about all the homebrew and what is compatible still plagues me and the amount of information that i get when i google is just totally overwhelming and i often find myself trailing off into other homebrew subjects other than the ones im really looking for. So i was wondering if you guys could help me with a couple of questions that are just bothering me.
The first one is:
Why should i upgrade my 3.03 OE-C to 3.40 OE-A, what is the clearcut advantage?
I've heard Vague descriptions about certain disadvantages that you get when you upgrade to 3.40 OE-A.
ie: flashing, snes emulator compatibilty etc.
Please help me with whatever you can.
THanks
I always update to the latest OE, just for more features, pops and game compatibility.
