Best NDS homebrew image editor?

Ok i dont know for shure were to post this at, but this kinda looked like a good spot to do so....anyway what is the best homebrew application for image editing, like a paint program or something...please help and give a link if ya can

I think Phidias is probably the best one I've heard of. There's also Mario Paint when emulated in SNEmulDS, but I don't think that has quite the capabilities you're looking for, hehe.

Phidias is exactly the kinda app. i was looking for! Thank you very much, Im taking classes to be a graphics designer and thought it would be fun to have something i can mess around with on th go. While its no photoshop (which would be AWSOME on the DS) its still pretty cool!
