Rev First Nintendo Wii Portable Monitor

PEGA HK is the first 3rd party peripheral manufacturer to release a portable monitor for the Nintendo Wii. Considering the small size of the Wii compared to the Xbox360 and the behemoth known as the PlayStation3, this truly will make the Nintendo Wii portable. There is a 7" and 8.5". Hopefully the black bar at the top of the monitor is a sensor bar. If it is, that would be awesome.

We'll have more information when it becomes available. Hopefully, we can get our hands on one to bring you a full review.

Lol, your sitting in a car, swinging a Wii-mote around. I dont think thats so good. There is no real point of this, but still its nice to see it.

This would only be remotely useful for GC games or Wii games that don't use the Wiimote as a pointer. The fine control is lost with such a small screen.

I'd rather just get a DS for long trips than this if I'm going to be spending money.

Definaly only good for non Wii-more type game. Eternal Darkness on the road does sound like a good idea though !

There are probably people out there who has tried playing the Wii on a smaller screen. There were some youtube videos of someone using a 1" tv from like a model or something. Someone was even able to use a GBA or something like that. Theres also people who have used portable DVD players before too.
