Default Is that possible to put a state map in 2GB sony memory stick?

    Hi all

Recently, I am wondering how I can put a whole map of a state in U.S. (e.g. Illinois state) into a 2GB sony memory stick by using GMDL to download map from google map.
I am afraid it will exceed 2GB.

Have any suggestion for me to solve the problem?

    Thank you.

yes it is possible. depends on how detailed you want your map to be.

in gmdl click on the advanced button, then set your min zoom value (0 being most detailed/zoomed in) try 1 or 2 if your not too fussed on having every little side street and alleyway/accessway.

I am also working on a tool which will re-evaluate the GPSFS contained pictures and possibly re-compress them. This comes on the expense of quality though...
