my version of my psp is 3.51 can i change it to 1.50 or something? cause i cnt use any homebrew apps and games.

Sony's 3.51 cannot be currently downgraded so you're out of luck for now.

No, what's the point
All this has are DAX's features anyway, nothing that hasn't been done before.
