3.11 fw help

Yes i know i am mildly well over mildly retarded for going to fw 3.11

i am new at all this and wondering if there is an emulator or anything i can do to download games to play on my psp

my friend has sega genisis games... or ...dreamcast or something idk but he said he didnt downgrade at all

will somebody point me in the right direction please

There is a genisis emu though. There are some alright web apps for psp. Try the earth app?

if you look on youtube, there is a tutorial that shows you how to put flash games on the psp.
