    Default Open Editions - questions

    I've been thinking of bying a 4GB memory stick, so that I can load it with much music and such, but also to play emulators and PS1-games. But to do that i need an "Open Edition-firmware", right?

    My PSP is running on 3.11 at the moment (I was dumb enough to upgrade, yes), is it possible to upgrade to 3.40 OE from 3.11-firmware?

    And if it is, will I then be able to play both emulators (SNES for example) and PS1-games while running 3.40 OE? And please refer to a "how to make PS1-games running on your PSP-guide".

    Currently, the highest firmware you can downgrade is 3.03. Skrry

    Yes, thanks, but I know that already. I was just wondering if it is possible to upgrade to 3.40OE, from 3.11?

    In order for you to upgrade to an OE firmware you need to be at 1.5.
