Default psp tv out - maybe

Undertaxxx of the MC forums has noticed an interesting piece of code stored in Sony's PSP firmware v3.50. There seems to be a reference to a 'videout'. This has fuelled speculation that Sony are preparing a way to output images from the PSP to the TV.

personally if this was true id love to run psp homebrew fullscreen

I'm thinking this would be more like a 'reverse remote play' where the PSP's display is redirected via WiFi through the PS3 to the TV screen.

Yeah, that's almost definitely what it is. If people would quit buying psp's they'd quit with all the mondo gay ps3 s***.

Too bad their sooo much magic + awsm.
