emulating with wireless?

i asked this in another forum, but if i run a rom of pokemon, will i be able to use wireless functions? or do i have to buy the cartridge?

yeah like cartmandude14 said buy the game rom coders use wifi features on ds rom but nintendo will ban your ip or mac address using the rom if you use it on wifi and get banned i warned you in advance
you dont want to do that my freind used an mph metriod prime hunters and gotten banned of wifi
so he wanted to us my spare ds i told him no.

Quite true, I've warned people about this too. Your DS will be banned from the WFC servers, and you'll have to trade it in for a new one, or get a new one and use the old one for something else, because WiFi will be no more. As for Local Wireless (Ad-Hoc) that lib hasn't been cracked yet, but we hope to get it soon, until then we need an access point, and Nintendo's WFC. So buy your games, or your gonna be screwed.

i didnt even know that nintendo banned. like they do on xbox live or whatever.
i thought they couldnt.
