I always reply to PMs and I check the forums nearly every day. I've even upped my private message storage beyond regular staff to allow me to hold more.

I urge people to PM me for any issues they might have and I promise I'll at least reply to them.

Kaiser has always been an awesome mod and admin in my opinion

yeah mods do thier job, and sometimes i disagree with them but i guess they try to make everyone happy (and some are quite cold, and some are quite LAME! "i wont point fingers")

I'm not even gonna lie, sometimes I just accidentally forget about some PMs I receive.

I always read, but sometimes don't respond to PMs, usually if it's something where there is no real response to be made (happens a lot). 99% of the PMs I get that aren't from other staff members is people whining about infractions though. I always make sure to respond to those.

There is nothing wrong in general with staff/user relations, it only becomes an issue with stupid/abusive/idiot/mean members.

You do realize they run the site, so you do need them.

I don't think some do their job the only mod,adimn i have seen is guntims,mark3000001,kaizer,quazar,bluecrab, thats preaty much it, i didn't say i didn't needed the mods i just sayed mark3000001 is the only one i like.:thumbup:

You do realize that if you stay in just one section, you will only see one set of mods right? There are very few global mods (maybe 5 of us) and so all the rest only have powers in their sections (DS mod, PSP mod, etc). If you never go to those sections, you won't see them

i noticed that, the same goes for active members, there are heaps not in off topic. anyway i just wondered if this would be good for raising issues.
