You also need to realize that a lot of staff are more then mods and do other jobs. Another reason you may not see them so much on the forums. The staff has much more variety then what you think. Its not just simply "mods and admins."

ok well i think we need junk back. this site is a bit stale right now to be honest. i am bored of constanly having to discuss "serious" stuff. i WANT to speak $#@!. if some tit takes junk to a flame war then that is their bloody problem and they should be disciplned.
