    Default Semi-brick...*ish* PLEASE HELP!

I'm not sure if this is a semi brick or not, but....

I went to downgrade from 3.40 OE-A (To fix Popstation) to 1.5.

    It ran fine.

Upgrading to 3.40 OE-A made it make my PSP think it was Japanese. The Configuration menu of the Recovery Menu doesn't work anymore.

    Nor does Popstation games.

    Help me, please!

    Try restoring the default settings.

flash1 could be corrupt. Or downgrade back to 1.5, default settings, up to OE.

    I'll try those, thanks...

    Does anyone have a good 3.40 OE-A Flash1?

Just deleted your flash 1 via USB. When you boot up it will make you reset all your settings.

BTW don't be scared by the BSOD you get. It's normal.

Do I delete all the folders when I go into Advanced-Enable USB(flash1)?

    Or is it more complicated?

And will this fix the Configurations menu of the Recovery menu?

Deleted everything. Make sure there is nothing left in the flash 1. Then just reboot your psp. You will get a BSOD that looks like this.

Press O then when your psp restarts you reset all your settings as if you just got a new psp. After that everything should be fixed.
