Because i didn't liked the Speedlimit sound, i cutted away some of the silent parts and volume boosted it, because it was to quied and a speed fine isn't nice, so you have to clearly hear it.

And i improved the background of the startupscreen.

Before i forget, unrar and place the files in your Mapviewer\system directory.

I hope you like the files, maybe you can post some too.
