Mugen is played on PC. Mugen to my knowledge has not been perfected on consoles and portables. Since Mugen isn't opensource it makes it difficult to get the best build out on PSP.

Mugen is one of the best PC games around.

I wondered this myself. I guess it was a mistake on the creators part. He even goes SSJ5 in the game. At that point its almost impossible to kill him. He's presumed to be one of the strongest mugen characters.

Anyone have SSJ5 goku, iv been looking everywhere for him. Ill be willing to trade if anyone would like.

I have mugen, but no characters. I can't find any good ones.
