there rare because the site there hosted on shuts down or the download link breaks so you cant download them any more so after that the only way you can get rare chars is from othere people who downloaded the char before the D-link broke.

its illegal yet legal, why? how come? electbyte disappeared with out advertising and they were licensed but it got expired.... so too much is going on and the laatest beta is still around
